There is a problem with the cakes holding together

I dont know if they were broken in shipping or if they just fall apart more easily but many were broken into pieces

This cello works great at keeping the cakes fresh while in storage when you buy a whole box of them like this but it also makes it difficult to get the lower cakes out unless you split that cello all the way down to the bottom

My only issue with these is that if you take a whole cake out and take even a gentle bite there is pretty much a 100 chance that 34 rice kernels or very small pieces of the cake will fall off the remaining part

I can get lundberg brown rice cakes at trader joes but not their wild rice cakes
