Pros

Simmer 45 minutes. Observe cooking it works with all my old standards.

This rice won't disappoint. I'm from liberia, so rice is my staple diet. The landberg blend of wild rice is delicious and easy to cook.

Cons

Wild rice is low in oxalate, while brown rice has a high oxalate content. Not certified organic, so don't buy it if you aren't sure. Chewed up all the insides of the rice into what looked like flour.

I love and trust lundberg rice the mixes and the single grains

The cooking instructions are clear and easy to follow

I turn up the burner for the last 2 minutes to ensure any excess water is absorbed then turn it off and let it sit for 10 minutes

I throw dried cranberries in it after cooking and let them steam during the ten minute wait period after rice is done

Excellent value and amazon has this larger bag size

I just cannot afford to pay this much for rice with all the essentials like rent food and gas steadily increasing
