I still knock a star for the fact it doesn’t come with any extra fill and the company doesn’t help with that nor amazon whatsoever

I contacted the company through their website to request the additional fill they advertise as part of the “fully customizable” package

Contacted amazon and they only offered to replace the whole pillow which would do no good whatsoever

I received my pillow today

However the zipper was damaged and while trying to get to the filling to check it did break and is not able to be fixed
