This product is pretty good i put it in over night it was pretty easy to put in and take out especially with the stem

I highly recomend giving luna cups a try and also doing some research and then practice makes perfect

When removing dont just pull on the tail you have to brake the suction by folding it and than pulling it out

Unfortunately this product is not made for me ive heard great reviews but the smallest cup was still very uncomfortable and hard to “take out”

Occasionally the cup will not pop back open after folding it to insert
