Pros

It's not hot to hold and thus, is great for people with diabetic neuropathy. Even microwavable. It's dishwasher safe.

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the description. The outer glass feels like its too gentle and might brake even just putting it. One of the mugs i received are not glass.
