The reason i switched is that with this brand there is a non-corroding cap on the iodine and an additional dropper. It works great! Does give the water a hint of metallic flavor.

I bought another brand and it was not near as potent as lugols

Iodine eventually corrodes the rubber top part of the dropper and although the other company will replace the dropper at a certain point one wouldnt know if the corrosion was leaking into the product
