As her back story unfolds, tifani's story and why she puts up such a superficial front begins to make sense. Her family always lived beyond their means, her mom is tacky and wants to seem classy.

It evokes very strong emotions of horror, outrage, and sympathy. It successfully casts the main character as a sometimes victim, sometimes hero. It challenges ones own perception of events in their lives.

There are so many lessons and realizations in this book, it is definitely worth the read! I definitely recommend for anyone who likes suspense, thriller type books. The movie releases on netflix in two days.
