Pros

It is nice and plush with adequate support. Ideal for back sleepers.

This is my second one and they are immensely convenient with what i feel are no downsides or losses in quality as compared to a traditional mattress purchased from a brick and mortar store.

Waiting 24-48 hours after removing from box before sleeping on it so it can adjust, settle and plump up. More importantly, giving it that time to release its off gas.

Cons

My body hardly even sinks into it at all. Judging from other reviews, they find anything they can to avoid honoring their warranty. It is very uncomfortable, we both sink in sooo much.

Just buy 3 latex mattress toppers from sleep on latex. I regularly rotate the mattress, but overall it's just not very comfortable anymore. Room temp and blanket thickness have become issues for us since we got this mattress.

This bed was advertised as plush. Plush is an exaggeration, medium-soft maybe. This material easily slides off the frame and is light as a feather.
