Pros

As someone with ra, this mattress is a godsend! Lucid makes a winning mattress for sure! This mattress is perfect for me. For me, that's priceless. Same goes for my 47yo husband. It’s a blessing!

This mattresses gently envelops our bodies perfectly. There is an inch or two of soft memory foam on top that nicely conforms to your body. It supports & contours to my body perfectly.

The overall quality is great if it meets your support needs. Image2 is the replacement mattress. Outweighing lucid still has the best product out there!

Cons

This is completely unacceptable after 4 months! This mattress is horrible. Such a disappointment. Very disappointed in product and customer service.

Customer service was useless despite picture documentation of the issue. The older one is heavier and much more comfortable. Also practically motionless.
