Pros
I love it because it’s super firm and saves my back from pain. No issue with smell or incomplete unfurling. I am a stomach sleeper and with a foam mattress it's not very comfortable sleep on my stomach but that is ok with me.
Cons
My back hurts. There are huge indents from where i sleep, and the foam no longer comes back up. The mattress should not have failed after 2 months especially on her, she weighs 105-110 lbs.
I send them proof of purchase and pictures and they never reply back to me. You’ve been warned. Tl:dr mattress is of poor quality and not worth the money.
All you feel is the boxspring or the bedframe. If this “medium” is as hard and unforgiving, then the “firm’ is probably made of barbed wire.
The mattress is horrendous. It is just dreadfully awful in every way. This level of dismissiveness is unacceptable.
It creates two concave divots that you absolutely can not roll out of. It sags and flipping it end to end doesn’t change anything, still has a rut in the middle. The gap is very significant and would be a hazard.

This seems to be a really high quality memory foam mattress that i use with an adjustable bed and it works great
Such an upgrade from our modified “stock” mattress and layers of foam
I just took the protector off to wash it today and there is mold
I had struggled in the last 6 months with two previous mattresses that were purchased in a box from a well known business
Price
For the price you cannot beat it
Its a great deal for the price you pay
For the price point i feel like i have gotten my moneys worth out of it
However bang for buck one of us is happy

It arrived within a few days and i opened it up right away
Shipping was quick received next day so far it’s been great might update in a few months but it sleeps well
Packaging/appearance
Unboxed unwrapped unrolled it and went to the store for some supplies
First look at a “bed in a box” is somewhat surprising
Competitiveness
We have probably bought about 5 different mattresses in the past 5 years from 1002000 and this is hands down the best out of them all
