Pros

This mattress is sublime. There were no issues with packaging or the mattress coming damaged. No issues with bugs.

Cons

It seems to physically be good quality but that's where it ends. It's impossible to decompress to shipping state. Ordered march of 2021.

Description states medium plush. It's not comfortable, and i replaced it after a year. It is the most uncomfortable mattress i have been on.

Even with two people laying on it, there’s barely give. The sag is like 1 inch but the company very conveniently says that the sag has to be 1. More like 8! Did not expand to 10 inches, only 9.

I love a firm mattress and usually am not a big memory foam guy but this is outstanding

Such an upgrade from our modified “stock” mattress and layers of foam

After a few days it was confirmed that this thing was super firm as firm as or even firmer than a regular firm mattress

I just took the protector off to wash it today and there is mold

I called amazon right away and they were amazing and made it right by sending me the firm mattress i ordered

They were right that it takes a few days to reach 34full power34 meaning expanded to full size and density

The box it came in said firm on it

Unboxed unwrapped unrolled it and went to the store for some supplies

The corners take the longest to reinstate their shape from the packaging but otherwise the main body is essentially up to size within hours
