Pros

These muffins are absolutely phenomenal. They are exceptional. C'mon man. My hubby absolute loves these.

The instructions to freeze immediately when you get them if you want to keep them for a long period of time otherwise refrigerate. They taste like cupcake cinnamon clouds with a touch of sweetness.

Cons

Muffins have sucralose, canola oil, artificial flavors & fake coloring. They are the size of very small cupcake. The fat calories are ridiculous so it's definitely not for anyone other than people who follow a keto diet.
