They have a lot of fiber and eating too much fiber will absolutely give you stomach problems

What i did was use cocoa butter instead of dairy butter and was thinking i could use the cocoa butter to help temper the mix into a chocolate coating that wouldnt melt at room temperature

I treated it like frosting and it set up and harded to look like any other chocolate

I cant attest to how it would work to make actual nut clusters since i didnt buy it for that purpose

The end product coating is more perishable than a regular chocolate coating so its best to store the end products in an air tight comtainer consume the item within a week or so or freeze it
