Pros
This is a life saver and cute. I work on the move 24/7 with my laptop. It also has a spot for my tablet and my planner. I love the scorpion design.
It fits so much without being bulky. The shape fits well in my walker pouch. The straps seem a bit shorter than most backpacks but we put a d ring on the strap for my convenience.
Gen x here. This one is amazing. Very cute bag.
The material is durable and the 14inch is perfect as a day bag for theme park visits or as a hefty work bag. The quality is great too. Very sturdy well made.
Cons
The bag is too small for my current laptop. The zipper keeps getting stuck and the threading is already coming undone. Sprayed it with febreeze, perfume, nothing worked. My mom loves it, yet the cord has already broke.

I do feel like the zippers will break if i am not careful and i feel like the front pocket while it looks great is not really useable the same way

When i put my thin wallet in it the zipper had a hard time closing
