Arrived a day early and seem ok once i fluffed them up pillow protectors look good quality but i am using the pillows for first time tonight so will add a update on the pillows after using for a month but so far look ok

We seem to get through an awful lot in our house and washing them usually ends in dismal failure consequently i never go for high end products

Purchase was meant to come with 4 quilted pillow protectors only 2 quilted protectors were received

The pillows were a little too hard for my personal taste but still quite comfortable the duvet although supposed to be a 15 tog rating it didnt quite feel like it from a handling point of view but once on the bed i was as snug as a bug in a rug i feel the cold quite a lot but this was very warm and cosy all round i would say a five out of five rating
