Christians ostracized rob bell for this book because he exposed the lie that is “hell” as we were all taught in church as a a literal lake of fire where the devil lives and people that didn’t accept christ go when they die to be tortured and burn forever

Halfway thru this reading i skipped to the back to find out what further readings were suggestedsomething i rarely do unless fired up to know more about the subject and possibly what influenced the author

I am so sick of the attempt by the fundamentalist christians to make jesus and the bible and brand it an ugly christianity that i find appalling
