The only issue for us is that it sagged in the middle over time we believe it is due to the weight of the awning the size of the awning and possibly the way we installed it

I do however recommend that if you intend to purchase the large sized awning 20 x 20 be prepared for the possibility of sagging and have it professionally installed to avoid this issue

I didn’t have poles or structures to attach all 4 sides and had to rig something up

And you have to go high up to get it positioned well enough for taller people to walk under it
