This misrepresentation of gods word serves a selfish narrative in favor of the husband. This is not of christ, and opens up woken to be abused. The author eggerichs is a sick depraved lunatic, this book encourages bad behavior in marriage.

The author repeats the mantra of pop psychology that we need love or respect. A much better resource is lundy bancroft, or gretchen baskerville, or chuck degroat, or leslie vernick. Most of the people in our small group agree this is a bad book.

Each session has far too many verbose questions. Do not fall for this (yet another) glamorized popularization of codependency masked as love. The workbook is extremely repetitive and has waaay too many questions for each session.
