Pros

Uses to keep swollen legs and ankles down. Keeps injured leg stabilized. Helps stabilize me while i sleep.

This leg lift pillow feels heavenly! Seriously though, the contour is what really makes it. This is perfect for those who have to elevate their legs.

Cons

It's not wide enough. One leg ends up sliding off when i start to fall asleep. This item is small and not elevated enough in height. Take a pass on it. It's very uncomfortable.
