Pros

Carolina bbq has a wetter or tackier feel, though texture base is as firm. Smoked black pepper is fabulous. A tang with a little sweet. The buffulo is the best if you love the spicy kick.

The bags are super lightweight if you’re a backpacker and care about that stuff. I hope this jerky becomes more plentiful.

Different flavors are distinctively good in each own way. This jerky is fantastic and we love it! The carolina flavor is incredible.

Cons

It's not just inordinately salty but also leaves a strange unpleasant aftertaste in your mouth. It's almost inedible it's so salty. Wish they could cut down on the saltiness.

The ingredients need to match what is advertised!
