This is the best and easiest i have found. This product was recommended to me by a louisiana born and railed native. I am a former texan that transplanted to colorado a couple of decades ago.
This is the very best étouffée' mix i have ever tasted. Tastes perfect. Not salty, just right. Friends rave over how delicious it is.
