Was recommend by a friend, and excellent recommendation.

An absolute must after tmj surgery or really and tmj pain. It really helps relieve pain and swelling almost immediately, without making your cheeks too cold. Truly a lifesaver for any dental or facial procedures.

Cons

The pocket in the lotfancy pack is way too small for the ice/heat packs to fit into. Did not come with wrap, just 4 separate hot packs and nothing to wrap or hold them on with. Leaked after first use in the microwave.

It came just in time and i used it on and off for 45days

They put this on as soon as they got home and with the interchangeable ice packs never had to wait to refreeze

The packs can also be heated so now i keep some in the freezer and use the extra two for my period cramps
