These are not * but they are wonderful for the price. They hang so nicely and give us privacy though it lets some light in during the day if they're closed. Well made and super cute for that modern/clean farmhouse look.

Looks great in our kitchen valance is perfect too they match perfectly they are off white and black not bright white in normal buffalo plaid
