The applicator is clever and is loaded with just the right amount of product to give my eyes a good clear black line above my lashes and it is possible due to its being liquid rather than a pencil to make the close enough to make the line part of the lash line

This product isn’t waterproof plus the staying power is adequate with only a slight smudge when worn throughout the day

I was torn between giving this four stars or five but since the product description i was given said waterproof i notice the amazon page doesnt say that which is good i knocked off a star for that

I did get a slight pandafixation after an evenings wear so its not completely waterproof
