Pros

The head is adjustable up and down. Notches on pivot points keeps it positioned well. Easier than changing a light bulb.

This item is good quality. Seems well made. It is well worth every penny!

Install is a cinch, and even came with plumber's pipe tape. No leaks, locks in place tight. One complaint is that they did not include washers, which are necessary to prevent the connection from leaking.

Replacement seems to work well.

Cons

Even after tightening the joints almost to the point of over-tightening, it barely supports the 12 shower head. When i have the tightening knob adjusted to prevent drooping it's too tight to adjust head angle.

Came dented and had to send back. It leaks so i brought for nothing. More of a headache than it is worth.
