Pros

I have oversized shower head with detachable hand nozzle.

The head is adjustable up and down. Notches on pivot points keeps it positioned well. All you need is a crescent wrench.

No leaks, locks in place tight. My one complaint is that they did not include washers, which are necessary to prevent the connection from leaking. Fittings are excellent, threads are excellent. No leaks and easy to install.

Cons

Even after tightening the joints almost to the point of over-tightening, it barely supports the 12 shower head. When i have the tightening knob adjusted to prevent drooping it's too tight to adjust head angle.

Came dented and had to send back. It leaks so i brought for nothing. More of a headache than it is worth.
