Pros

Shower head arrived in a very good package and protection (no, im not talking about big amazon box; it is about lordear unit/item individual box). It is awesome. Seems well made and with high quality materials. It is fantastic.

I bough an arm (from another seller) and this rain shower head to replace my old hardware in the main bathroom. The resulting shower is very relaxing.

Cons

No flow restrictor. I have to tilt it in all directions to have some water come out some of the holes. Plastic inserts that are attached in the water holes get a pink mold which * even more.
