Pros

Rain shower head to replace my old hardware in the main bathroom. Easy to install, took 30 seconds. Comes with rubber o-rings and teflon tape.

Product is well designed, high end design and material way better than home depot and lowes. All solid metal, minimal plastic. It is fantastic.

Cons

After about 5 months of owning. This product isn’t suitable for tall people. Both areas are circled in red. It's nice while it lasts.

Leaks rust and stained my brand new tile with rust. Need to remove and install a new longer non adjustable arm to be able to actually shower.
