These socks are a game changer. Well made sock, cushion my feet perfectly. My poor crippled fingers are so grateful.

The outside is the smoothest, softest side. They are soft and comfortable and durable. This is a very good version of fake ribbing.

They pull on smoothly, with little friction. They stay up without leaving elastic pinch lines on the skin.

The top of the sock * into your leg and leaves a deep indentation. By the time you take the socks off, there is a rather deep dent all around my leg at the top.

The cuff on the socks is extremely tight. You need at least two sock sizes bigger than they recommend. Only 3 1/2 inches across foot or calf, so a little over 7 circumference.

The only size that begins to fit me is the xl red size. My wife who is absolutely not colorblind agrees that the green striped ones are almost invisible. Shanghai people are much bigger. Will not buy again, will not recommend to anyone.

It inhibits lymph fluid circulation to stagnate in your legs. The heaviness of the yarn isn't that comfortable underfoot, either--it cushions, but feels gritty. Unfortunately, they produce an abnormally huge amount of lint.
