You do need to make sure the wire is fully inserted into the headphone jack or it wont work

This allows you to use the front camera on your phone rather than the reverse camera the image quality is better when you use the front camera

Just remember to look at the camera and not the mirror when snapping the picture though the stick collapses pretty small the total length of the stick plus the holder is probably about 9 inches

The longer you have it extended the harder it is to hold it still while youre pressing the button if you shake while pressing the button youll end up with blurry pictures

The stick is a little difficult to expand and collapse but thats probably a good thing it will prevent your stick from collapsing while youre trying to use it

The ball head that allows you to rotate the phone while in the holder is made of plastic and seems cheap
