My gym plays staggeringly loud music so i was looking for ear plugs that could be quickly inserted and removed unlike silicone or foam didnt project from the ear unlike the molded silicon plugs designed for shooting

It blocks out all sound but if you are talking to a person you hear their voice clear

Could hear every word my husband said and wasn’t rushing to get out since i was irritated by something i couldn’t even put into words

You can still hear conversations and even better you can hear yourself talk it just filters out a lot of excess noise

I am able to watch tv and have a conversation but the sound of loud barking is muffled enough to where i’m not overwhelmed

They also don’t fall out of my ears which was a huge concern for me
