Screws tighten with a #1 ecx screwdriver ($14) worked great attaching on my men's elite road v5 cycling shoe. They clip in and out even more smoothly than the original shimano cleats.

Cons

The screws on these are too short, so even though i tightened mine several times, two screws came completely out in my second spin class in these. Simply cannot keep these cleats tightened due to not using an allen type screw. Not even going to return... Read More
