The adjustability is perfect for any kind of foot swelling. They are very good for people with plantar fasciitis or sore feet. My 90 year old mom is diabetic and her feet are always swollen.

The cushion is better than all the others. They are soft and well padded. They have a fluffy soft lining.

When on and fastened, this slipper gives comfortable support. The * of the slippery is roomy. The velcro is good, but is not heavy duty.

Shoes are too large for me even with swollen feet. The toe area is much too narrow for a swollen foot. Because they are fleece lined, there is no way to add insoles. They only fit without socks.
