The ergonomic handle makes a huge difference in my ra hand pain too. They are sturdy, easy to use, and sharp. These are the most abused and most used of any!

Genuine japanese steel stays sharper, longer holds a better edge and is easier to sharpen than ‘all’ copycat types of steel. They are accessible for regular sharpening using a whetstone.



Cons

The strap requires putting the snips down to wrap or unwrap the silly weak strap. This tool already shows signs of starting rust spots on the blades. Cleaning and oiling blades does not stop the rust.

These are junk. Not going to return them during a pandemic. Returned and very generous money back policy. But not these.

    The first pair is still very usable but shows hard and almost daily use for 5 years

    I have cut limbs up to a half inch with this tool but i certainly do not recommend doing that
