This item fits the description and sizing guide. I wear a size 12 (us) dress and ordered the l, which fits just right.

This coat is way more stylish than a poncho. Has roomy pockets, is water repellent, and the color is nice. It is not a raincoat, but we were caught in a drizzle/fog and it was fine for those conditions.

This jacket is absolutely not waterproof. Its fine for a lightweight windbreaker but not to protect you from the rain.
