It does feel very sturdy and after it’s “assembled” zipped up it is lighter than it seemed when i first removed from the box

It has a chest strap and it is pretty comfortable even when carrying a 16lb cat
I initially got this back pack for our 18lbs cat because it was so hard to get him in and out of his carrier

It is too big to fit under the seat on planes and therefore is not allowed as cabin baggage by the vast majority of airlines

I have seen pictures on other websites indicating that this bag could be strapped into a plane seat to fly assuming you want to purchase a full plane seat for your cat but many airlines simply dont allow this

Package came in with lid allmost open was held on by one strip of tape and wasn’t on good enough
