Both sides of this vinyl are super easy to wipe down daily with a disinfectant wipe. It’s very durable, but it is not like the plastic table cloths that easily wipe off. It takes a little more scrubbing and some stains are not coming off.

The look & durability is perfect! Sturdy enough to withstand every day wear but nice enough for company. It's very pretty and durable.
Cons
This is a thin vinyl tablecloth, it is not oilcloth. We barely use the tablecloth on our kitchen table and i noticed it had a lot of small stains/discoloration. I plan to use it as a picnic drop cloth as it doesn't fit my rectangular tables.

I’ve made more than one out of outdoor fabrics which has proven to be pretty expensive because i wanted something that would be easy to clean and not have to be cleaned every other day…to no avail
