Pros

Wireless and bluetooth work perfectly, good range. Bluetooth lag is near non-existent. Worked flawlessly right out of the box.

Even though it's mainly plastic, it feels very solid and luxurious. It has a solid aluminum body which feels very sturdy and rugged. My only complaint is in the setup.

The keys are smooth and buttery. The responsiveness of the keys are also very nice. While i loved my k800 this mx keys is a major improvement in terms of comfort and usability. This fills the bill and exceeds expectations.

The keyboard features smart illumination that can be turned off to make the battery last longer.

This makes it obvious when you have activated a key, but given the very slight amount of force needed, i feel that this is just icing on the cake. Comes with a quality software to customize some of the keys.

Cons

The misplaced fn and control keys messes up anyone who does touch-typing on a mac. Constantly disconnects, often times in the middle of typing. It's just unacceptable. Two defective keyboards in a row.

The location of my board makes it impossible to use without backlighting. The backlit keyboard cannot be set to constant on. The description says tactile but it is more of a mushy quiet membrane type and not the clicky feel.

I am a believer in you get what you pay for but this fits into the category of you pay one heck of a lot more than it is worth. This one, however is absolute junk and fits into that category even more when you consider how expensive it is. I just boug... Read More

Customer support is very unattentive. Logitech seems to screwup their products with updates too often. The irony they decided to pull an apple-level pricing stunt on a keyboard they make a dedicated apple version of is absolutely hilarious.
