Pros

The volume slider is a bit to get used to since i’m so used to just adjusting the volume on my machine, but it works just fine. The mic has a mute function when upright/put away. Love the flip up to mute mic.

The sound out of these is just fine for non-audiophiles and perfect for gaming. They have a boom mic that raises and lowers to turn off/on the mic.

Dadgummit, these thingamajigs are like magic! For the price, these are nice. Is it better than the 200$ ones? That’s a huge plus.

The g432 has the volume dial on the left earphone, and muting is as simple as putting up the microphone until you feel the click. The cord is prone to twizzling/tangling up as well, but i never experienced a cord issue with the old one.

Cons

The audio produced by the headphones is unbearable. The physical volume wheel is annoying; it keeps scrolling down by mistake which lowers the overall volume and i have to keep raising it. Never going with logitech for headphones ever again.

Every time i adjust the mic it causes noise interference that sounds like a large shriek. The plastic there breaks so easily just by flexing the headset itself. The mic now is completely static and the headphones are distorted.
