I may have went in a bit too much with the cream on my thighs because they were on fire in a good way
Also i would recommend unless you are used to the sauna to stick with the preset 60c for 30 min or less

The remote is nice and handy to adjust the temperature and time without getting out of the bag
I purchased the one the the zipper arm openings which helps some

Two “weird” days have happened in the blanket one i barely got hot or sweat but that was the day i got my covid vaccine and a fan was on
