As its cast iron it holds heat very well so it doesnt cool in just a few minutes

I do feel that the heat is not completely even it is not as hot on the sides than the middle

Handle is way too small making it very difficult to lift

I cooked only once fried potatoes on it the skillet was very sticky had to scrub off layers of burnt potatoes
