Pros & Cons
Pros

Threadlocker in the chapstick like tubes is the best delivery system for threadlocker. Much better than liquid on small fasteners. The paste easily applies to just were you want drip free. Doesn't drip off.
Cons
The liquid is essentially cyano-acrylate adhesive (super glue) which is notorious for going bad. A significant anount of the stuff becomes useless as it dries out over time.
