Pros

These keep the plates on the bar quite nicely. Able to do hammer dumbbell curls without worrying about plates slipping. If you’re using a traditional 45 pound olympic bar, these are good to go!

These clips are awesome. If you're like me, you prefer to have all of your equipment to be top notch. These clip are just what the doctor ordered.

They’re not hard to clamp and unclamp. Just flip it open and slide it on or off. The rubber inside of them keeps them from slipping off bar.

The joints and craftsmanship are all snug and high quality. A little more money than the knock offs but the quality is excellent.

I have a variety of olympic bars ziva hulkfit rogue and rep these work on all of them

However i have a cheaper plastic brand that i like better

There are cheaper versions which i have not tried but i wanted to get the lockjaw brand due to their reputation
