Weve had two weeks to play with the loc8tor pet tracker and its a really great product
The loc8tor works as advertised and we are able to find him within the parameters of the product
Gps would be very interesting too but this product shouldnt take a back seat

Had to return them because of the non working locator and would have purchased a second set but the price went from 129

It is true that the original battery did not last long but still it is amazng product
I bought a card of 10 batteries for about 2 which at least solved the battery cost problem

You can kind of extend the range by walking to each street corner of your block and do the circular tracking step at each corner

We found that batteries in the remote are lasting 2 months with moderate use the batteries in the cats transmitter on her collar were still testing out as very good but changed them out anyways
