Originally i had the place where the receiver goes secured down it is meant to be flexible so that when you place the receiver on the phone it then goes down

I had planned on returning the phone tomorrow but since i discovered subsequently that it works will not return it

The only reason i have not given it 5 stars is because there is no place on the phone to set the date time or caller id and the instructions are not sufficient for that part

Also the ringer sounds like an old fashion phone

The only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is because the rotary dial part of the phone was hanging by the wiring
