Pros
It's cool looking and reflective. Beautiful, durable and excellent quality product for my 2 year german shepherd. Very reflective at night time which is great for night walks.
It has a few hooks for attaching leashes and name tags and shot tags. It also has a handle to pick up your pooch in a hurry. It's adjustable so you get the right fit.
Cons

I measured him before purchasing it so i recommend you do that before because the size is pretty accurate

You can adjunto but in my case is still pretty loose which i can suggest a small size for average shihtzu or similar size dogs in small breeds but for example for a yorkie can be small as their bones structure is thiner and hair less puffy

Well thought out and fabricated but the harness wants to slide around from the dogs left side to the right side
