Pros
R-ala is a combination of vitamin c, glutathione and ala. It is the only supplement i have taken where i am sure i can feel what it does.
I find that stirring it in a small amount of cold juice and while the juice is still swirling, drink quickly!
Cons
Even added to smoothie zit burns when you drink it. After taste is really bad and after taking 2 days my body start to itch so bad.
