It’s an easy read. Read it in an evening. Good reference. Excellent quick read. Shorts chapters make for an easy on-and-off read.

Good book for background for people looking to gain information about revocable living trusts. Excellent in-depth introduction to the subject of living trusts. This book covers the basics and a good introduction and/or review.

It has a lot of guidance for trustees who have to manage the trust and disburse assets when you are no longer able to. As a trustee to a living trust, this is exactly what i needed to ask the right questions.

The worksheets and sample letters will be very helpful. Easy to understand, concise and to the point. Amazingly simple and direct.

Cons
