Some how the eye piece came off one

We replaced the neck strap with a safety neck strap as this could be a choking hazard as the neck rope was way too long and could get caught during play

Update had these only a week or so the neck strap broke not at the part where it’s supposed to break apart come attached but right where it attaches to the actual binocular see photo
