I tried this as a january purge from holiday goodies, my weight is healthy and i work out. Reminds me of geritol, but less mineral like. They counteract the next days negative effects from alcohol.

Cons

Main ingredients are not even close to the highest rated liver supps. Mainingredient is not the best.
